Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account is completely optional, but it makes it easier to place an order, and follow your order status.

Do your styles run true to size?
Please see our size chart for exact sizing information. We also list the exact measurements of our models on each product page.

What kind of payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, JCB, and Shopify Pay.

Will I be charged taxes on my order?
The tax fees will depend on your shipping address and will be charged according to the laws of the state.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days after you place your order. You can track your order in your account, and see shipping speeds on our Shipping and Handling page.

Is there a return or restocking fee?
There's a flat $10.00 return fee.

How do I request a return label?
Please see our return information on our Return and Exchanges page. Please note you have 30 days from when a return label is emailed to you to ship your item(s) back to us. If we have not received your return within 30 days we will not refund your order.

When will I receive my refund?
Return orders will be refunded within 7-10 business days after it's received in the warehouse. 




Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Package Protection can be added during checkout.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

What size does Merrick wear in the collection?
Merrick wears a size small in the collection, and 2-4 is her normal dress size.

Will you be offering petite or tall sizing?
We do not have petite or tall sizing specifically, but between our two lengths of dresses, we think that you’ll be able to find something that works for you! We show the dresses on models ranging in height from 5’0” to 5’9”, and from size extra small to size large, and all of the dresses looked amazing on them. Also, the tie around the waist is completely adjustable, so it works whether your torso is short or long.

Are these dresses maternity or nursing friendly?
Definitely. The waistbands can be removed for a more flowy swing dress, or you can tie the waist above your bump. And our two henley neckline dresses have functional buttons so they are very nursing friendly.

Are these dresses machine washable?
Yes! We know you guys are busy moms, working women, college students, or grandmothers. No need for dry cleaning – just machine wash these on a delicate setting and lay them flat to dry to preserve the amazing buttery soft quality of the fabric and avoid any pilling.
