Returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective clothing items may be made for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.
Tags must still be attached, and clothing must be free of makeup and deodorant stains in order to be accepted and refunded or exchanged. If returned items are received with damages, the product will not be returned, and payment will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the return is received and processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you need to return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label. Please include your name and your order number in this email. A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.
