Very pleased with this dress (and the other Merrick dresses I've gotten). The fit is very flattering and the pattern is cute. Definitely size down. I'm usually a large and I got a medium. It fits great!

I wanted to love this- but my usually size medium was way too big and baggy, it was super unflattering, especially on the shoulders. Then the ruffle overlap isn’t enough so it shows the seams underneath, and I didn’t realize that the fabric they’re sown to is really sheer so when the ruffles would flip up you could see everything underneath. Not happy with it, but I got it on sale so I have to keep it. I actually ended up making it into a skirt but it didn’t solve the ruffle issue. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I wish I had know before buying.

I really wanted to love this Merrick White dress. The material is much thinner than expected, the sizing runs pretty big (I ordered a size small and usually wear a size small and am size 2 or 4 in pants), but my biggest complaint is that some of the ruffles do not cover the ruffle layer underneath. So, you can see the seam between ruffles, which is very unflattering, especially on the backside. Otherwise, the color and pattern is beautiful.

I bought this dress in my typical size medium, based on the size chart, and it was way too big. The sleeves were too long and it was big in the chest and shoulders. I have bought other dresses from this website and they have run true to size, but this one definitely runs big, so size down. The material is soft and so pretty with the different colors. The wrinkles come right out if you give it a couple spritzes of water and toss it in the dryer for 2 minutes. The dark green material under the ruffles is quite sheer. I wish it were the same floral material throughout the whole dress. Overall, I am happy with the dress.

The sleeves are overwhelming on me. They’re too long and too much with the volume of the dress. I’m having it altered to shorten the leaves. Otherwise, I love the dress.

This dress is absolutely stunning in person! The colors are beautiful and the ruffle skirt is so feminine and fun! I ironed the dress when it arrived and the ruffles lay nice and flat around my hips. I am usually between a small and extra small and the extra small fits perfectly.

The dress is a beautiful color and the fabric is soft and breathable I did not feel hot or stuffy, even after wearing it all day. It is well made and flattering! When I sit down the top tier of the ruffle shifts or flips up and then you can see through the lining. I have to sit very carefully, which is less functional. This dress could also use pockets. I love everything else about this dress!

It’s a beautiful dress although being larger chested (34DDD) I feel like the waist line hit me in a weird spot. I also wish the fabric under the flaps was the same color as the rest of the dress as the flaps don’t always sit right when you’re sitting down and exposes the unfinished look. Honestly I expected more for the price.

My Merrick White dresses are by far the most worn dresses in my closet, and I can tell this one is going to be another of my favorites. I usually don’t love long sleeve dresses, but I adore the sleeves on this one. The buttons on the cuffs are beautiful, and it’s the little details like that that make this dress so versatile and unique. So glad I got this dress!

The dress fit a little bigger then an XS would fit and the sleeve were a little long on me as I am only 5’3”. I folded the cuff under. Otherwise I loved the silhouette, the pattern, the material and the colors. Perfect for a harvest church service.
